Primary Focus of the ARAF™

Functionality You Will Love

01

Support Gun Safety Training

There are 120 guns in this country for every 100 people. They're not going away. We strive to provide the most comprehensive youth and adult gun education possible, and to make it available to everyone. Kids and guns can mix, but uneducated shooters at any age are unacceptable.  We provide this service through collaboration with you, the community, and with your local officials, law enforcement, and school leaders.

03

Mental Health Support for Communities Experiencing Gun Violence

Our crisis response initiatives, we hope, are never necessary. Still, we nationally  maintain six regional crisis response teams with the goal of quickly supporting each chapter locally, should need arise.  We additionally advocate for and offer access to mental health services for communities affected by gun violence..

02

Marksmanship Competitions and Awards for Chapters

Educated and responsible shooters are encouraged to compete both locally and with others across the nation in broadcast events designed to promote awareness, safety, and sportsmanship. Awards are unique to each competition. We want to know your community, and the best way is to ask how to reward its members meaningfully when excellence is demonstrated.

04

Advanced efforts to support responsible gun owners

We work with our parent, the ARA™, to identify holes in the fabric of both physical and legal safety and to cause their address. We also reach directly into your community with safety initiatives overseen by qualified, local affiliate individuals and organizations.  We provide various resources in order to quantifiably reduce harm without infringing upon any person's Constitutional right.
