Building Safer Communities Through Education and Collaboration

Safety begins with connection. At ARAF™, we partner with local and national organizations to expand outreach, strengthen education, and build healthier communities. Together, we can reduce gun violence, prevent suicide, promote responsible firearm training, and bring people together around real solutions.

Our Focus

The ARAF exists to unite communities around one shared vision: a safer America where rights and responsibilities coexist.

We focus on:
• Community Outreach & Intervention – working directly with neighborhoods to prevent violence before it starts.
• Education – equipping communities with the knowledge and tools for safety and responsibility.
• Firearm Training – promoting safe handling, storage, and use to protect lives and prevent accidents.
• Community Collaboration – building strong partnerships across organizations, schools, and agencies.
• Mental Health & Suicide Prevention – breaking stigma, expanding resources, saving lives, and providing firearm disaster support.
• Gun Violence Prevention – addressing one of the nation’s most urgent public health crises through science and technology.
• Partnerships – strengthening existing efforts by working alongside trusted programs nationwide.

Why we do it.

Every act of gun violence is more than a statistic -  it’s a family, a friend, a community forever changed.

We believe education, prevention, collaboration, and responsible firearm training are the keys to change. By supporting existing programs and funding new initiatives, ARAF ensures that the work already being done reaches further, lasts longer, and saves more lives.
